      胎盘功能受损可导致母婴不良结局。早期诊断胎盘功能不全对预防疾病发生及改善胎儿预后有重要意义。通过定量测量胎盘弹性,剪切波弹性成像(SWE)有望成为评价和预估胎盘功能的新方法。本文对SWE评价胎盘功能研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Placental dysfunction can induce adverse outcomes of mother and fetus. Early diagnosis of placental dysfunction is of great significance for the prevention of disease and the improvement of fetal prognosis. Shear wave elastography (SWE) is expected to be a new method for evaluating and predicting placental function through quantitative measurement of placental elasticity. The research progresses of SWE on evaluation of placental function were reviewed in this article.
