      目的:探索心脏磁共振(CMR)压缩感知(CS)电影序列的临床应用价值。方法:连续选择需要做CMR检查的患者62例,均在常规电影(CM)序列扫描后加做CS序列。分别记录两组序列扫描时间,由两名医师分别对两组图像质量、左室射血分数(LVEF)等心功能指标进行分析。结果:CS序列平均检查时间为19.00±1.20s,较CM序列缩短约82.66%。 62例患者CS电影序列心脏图像质量与CM图像质量的比较无显著性统计学差异(Z=-1.237,p>0.05),并均达到诊断要求。两组图像心肌厚度测量结果无统计学差异。心功能分析结果显示,除CS序列左心室舒张末心肌质量指数(LVMIED)略小于CM序列(中位数81.41g/ m2vs 81.83 g/m2,p<0.05)外,两组LVEF等指标均无统计学差异。结论:心脏磁共振压缩感知电影序列能有望替代常规序列进行心脏检查。
英文摘要:
      Object: To explore the clinical value of cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) compressed sensing (CS) cine imaging.Method: A total of 62 patients scheduled to do CMR examination were selected consecutively, and CS cine scanning was performed after conventional movie (CM) sequence. The scanning time of them were recorded respectively. The image quality, left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)and other cardiacfunction indexes of the two groups were analyzed by two physicians.Results: The average examination time of CS cine was 19.00±1.20s, which was about 82.66% shorter than that of CM in 62 patients. There was no significant difference between the cardiac image quality of CS cine sequence and CM image quality in 62 patients(Z = -1.237, p > 0.05), all of them met the diagnostic requirements. There was no significant difference in myocardial thickness measurements between the two groups of images. The results of cardiac function analysis showed that there was no significant difference in LVEF and other indicators between the two groups, except that the left ventricular end-diastolic myocardial mass index (LVMIED) was slightly smaller in the CS sequence than in the CM sequence (median 81.4g/m2vs 81.8 g/m2 ,p<0.05). Conclusion: CS cine image of CMR is expected to replace CM sequence for cardiac examination.
