| 乳腺囊实性病变是乳腺囊性病变中较常见的类型,其恶性风险范围较广。超声作为检查乳腺疾病的主要方法已广泛应用于临床,常规超声联合超声诊断新技术超声弹性成像、超声造影及三维超声成像能够提高诊断乳腺囊实性病变的准确率。本文就常规超声联合新技术在乳腺囊实性病变中的应用进行综述。 |

| Complex cystic and solid breast lesions are common in breast cystic lesions,of which the malignant risk ranges widely. Ultrasound has become a major means of breast disease screening. The combination of conventional ultrasound with new technologies, such as ultrasonic elastography, contrast enhanced ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasound, can improve diagnosis accuracy of complex cystic and solid breast lesions. This article reviews the application of conventional ultrasound combined with new technologies in diagnosis of complex cystic and solid breast lesions. |
