      胎盘损伤是围产期母婴发病和死亡的主要原因。我国植入性胎盘的发生率增加,术中出血及子宫切除率明显上升。产前超声作为最常用的影像学方法,血流显示明显优于MRI,且不存在胎儿损伤,本文将在超声观察下对正常母胎循环及胎盘植入血流改变进行概述。
英文摘要:
      Placental injury is the main cause of substantial maternal and fetal morbidity during perinatal period. Intraoperative bleeding and hysterectomy rate have increased significantly with the increasing placenta accreta spectrum disorders in China. Prenatal ultrasound is the most commonly used imaging method, and blood flow is abserved better than MRI with no fetal injury. This article will summarize changes of blood flow in normal maternal circulation and placenta implantation on ultrasonics.
