| 经颈静脉肝内门体分流术(TIPS)是在门静脉与肝静脉之间放入分流支架以有效降低门静脉压力的手术方法，其能够缓解肝硬化门脉高压所引起的难治性并发症。影像学方法在TIPS围手术期的评估、术中的引导以及术后随访中具有重要价值。而超声检查其具有无创、性价比高以及可重复性高等优势。本文对超声成像技术在TIPS术前、术中以及术后应用进展进行综述。 |

| Transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)is one kind of intervention treatment method, which can effectively reduce portal pressure by inserting a stent between the portal vein and the hepatic vein. In the meanwhile,TIPS can relieve refractory complications caused by cirrhosis and portal hypertension. At present, imaging methods can be used in perioperative evaluation, intraoperative guidance and postoperative follow-up. Ultrasonography has advantages of non-invasion,cheapness, high repeatability and so on. In recent years,the application of ultrasound imaging in TIPS has made a lot of new progress.The progress of ultrasonic imaging technology in the application process of TIPS before, during and after surgery were reviewed in this article. |
