目的 探讨斜行强回声大界面(OSEBI)发生彩色血流镜像伪差(MACBF)的发生机制及其影响因素。 方法 将超声心动图检查中于降主动脉旁出现MACBF的45例受试者作为研究对象;将降主动脉旁未出现MACBF的29例作为对照组。统计分析出现MACBF的必备
条件在两组间的发生率的差异。观察MACBF的图像特点,应用多普勒成像原理探讨存在OSEBI形成MACBF的发生机制及其影响因素。 结果 45例受试者中,MACBF均发生在降主动脉左侧旁。45例降主动脉旁出现MACBF的受试者存在OSEBI 100%(45/45)与对照组存在OSEBI 6.90%(2/29)间差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。所有受试者MACBF均显示为降主动脉内真实彩色血流(RCBF)与MACBF间存在OSEBI,RCBF与MACBF二者呈镜像关系。降主动脉左侧旁OSEBI为左肺与胸膜界面。 结论 超声在OSEBI存在时可发生MACBF;血流与OSEBI的距离及彩色血流增益大小均会影响MACBF的形成及伪差信号强度。 |

Objective To explore the mirror-image artifact of color blood flow (MACBF) due to oblique strong echo big interface (OSEBI) in mechanism and influence factors. Methods 45 suspicious patients with MACBF beside the descending aorta in echocardiography examination were the subjects, 29 suspicious patients without MACBF beside the descending aorta were the controls. Statistical analysis was applied to compared the incidence rates between two groups of the necessary conditions of the MACBF. To observe image characteristics of the MACBF, to explore the MACBF in mechanism and influence factors with Doppler imaging principle. Results Of all the subjects, MACBF occurred on the left of the descending aorta. OSEBI appeared in 45 suspicious patients with MACBF beside the descending aorta was 100%(45/45), 6.90%(2/29) in the controls. There was statistical differences(P < 0.01). OSEBI was found between the real color blood flow (RCBF) in the descending aorta and the MACBF, there was a mirror relationship between the RCBF and the MACBF. The OSEBI on the left of the descending aorta was the interface of the left lung and pleural. Conclusions OSEBI can lead to MACBF. The signal strength, even information of MACBF is influenced by the distance between blood flow and OSEBI and the gain of the color blood flow. |
