目的 采用自动脑分割技术研究中国正常中老年人群脑结构的改变。方法 搜集96例正常中老年志愿者的全脑结构像,利用自动脑分割技术得到脑内各个结构的体积,并分析不同性别、左右侧及年龄组间脑内各结构体积的差异性。 结果 在正常中老年人群中,不同性别、左右侧及不同年龄组之间均存在有统计学差异的脑结构体积,且与年龄呈明显的相关性。 结论 应用自动脑分割技术能够客观快速地显示正常中老年人脑结构体积变化,为临床正常脑及疾病脑的脑结构研究提供对照和参考。 |

Objective To explore the changes of brain structure in normal middle-aged and elder people in China by the MPRAGE sequence. Methods 96 healthy volunteers were recruited. All the subjects underwent MPRAGE sequence.The differences in brain structures between different sexes, left and right sides and different age groups were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in brain structures among different sexes, left and right sides and age groups in normal middle-aged and elder people, and there was a significant correlation between brain structure and age. Conclusion The application of automatic brain segmentation technology can objectively and rapidly display the volume changes of normal middle-aged and old people"s brain structure, and provide a reference for the study of brain structure of normal and diseased brain in clinic. |
