      目的:探讨多回波肝脏内插容积激发成像(mLIVE)对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的诊断价值。方法:选取64只雌性SD大鼠,随机分成实验组40只及对照组24只,实验组给予高脂喂饲,对照组给予普通喂饲。饲养4周后每周选取5只实验组和3只对照组大鼠行肝脏MRI检查、组织病理检查及脂肪含量测定,将两组大鼠经mLIVE成像测得的肝脏脂肪分数(FF)与病理结果及气相质谱法测得的肝脏脂肪含量比较并分析其相关性。结果:正常肝脏及轻、中、重度脂肪肝测得的平均FF值分别为5.66±0.55 %,7.40±1.62 %,9.36±2.21 %和11.37±4.22 %,组间及组内差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组大鼠肝脏平均脂肪含量分别为18.83±6.29 nmol/mg和50.44± 20.24 nmol/mg,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),肝脏FF与脂肪含量呈显著正相关(r=0.86),直线回归方程(y=2.037+0.16x)。结论:磁共振mLIVE成像对大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的诊断及分级有较高的临床价值。

      Objective: To explore the diagnosis value of MR multi echo liver interpolated volume excitation image(mLIVE) on nonalcoholic fatty liver in rats. Methods:64 cases of female SD rats were selected. They were randomly divided into the experimental group (40) and the control group (24). The experimental group was given high fat feeding. The control group was given normal feeding. After 4 weeks, the 5 experimental rats and 3 control rats were selected for pathological tissue, fat contents and MRI exam. The fat fraction (FF) by liver interpolated volume excitation image of two groups were compared with the pathological and fat contents results, and their correlations were analyzed. Results: The average FF of normal livers and different pathological levels were 5.66±0.55 %,7.40±1.62 %,9.36±2.21 %和11.37±4.22 % respectively,the differences of FF between and among groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The average fat contents of two groups were 18.83±6.29 nmol/mg and 50.44± 20.24 nmol/mg respectively, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FF of mLIVE had the high positive correlation with fat contents (r=0.86). Conclusion: MR mLIVE imaging is a good liver fat quantification technology with certain application value.
