脑胶质瘤具有高度基因异质性,术前进行胶质瘤的基因预测对患者的治疗方案及评估预后有明确的指导作用。目前对于基因的检测多通过有创活检方式;近年来,多模态磁共振成像MRI、影像组学等多种影像新方法逐渐应用于胶质瘤基因信息的无创检测,。本文将对多模态MRI、影像组学在诊断胶质瘤基因型中的相关的研究进展逐一进行综述。 |

Glioma is a kind of tumors with high genetic heterogeneity. Preoperative gene prediction of glioma plays a definite guiding role in the treatment and prognosis evaluation of patients. At present, genes detection is mostly one by invasive biopsy. In recent years, many advanced imaging methods, such as multimodal magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) and radiomics, have been gradually applied to non-invasive gene detection of glioma.In this article, the related multimodal MRI and radiomics progress of glioma gene detection is reviewed. |
