| 前列腺癌周围神经侵犯(PNI)及手术切缘阳性(PSM)均属不良病理特征,目前术前难以精确预测,主要依赖术后病理进行诊断。近年影像组学及深度学习持续发展,用于术前预测前列腺癌PNI及PSM的研究越来越多。本文就相关研究现状进行综述。 |

| Perineural invasion (PNI) and positive surgical margin (PSM) are both adverse pathological features of prostate cancer (PCa), which are difficult to be accurately predicted before surgery, and the diagnosis mainly rely on postoperative pathology. Radiomics and deep learning continuously developed in recent years, which were more and more adopted in preoperative prediction of PNI and PSM of PCa. The relative research status were reviewed in this article. |
