| 目的 观察超声微血流成像(MFI)定量参数用于评估婴幼儿血管瘤(IH)血流分级的价值。方法 前瞻性纳入52例IH患儿、共55处病灶,CDFI所示血流信号丰富程度为1~5级(G1~G5)。对每个病灶选取5~8幅典型切面MFI,提取其血管指数(VR)、血管段数量(NV)、分支点数量(NB)、段点比(VBR)、微血管分形维数(mvFD)、距离度量均值(MeanDM)及距离度量标准差(StdDM)等定量参数,并于CDFI不同分级病灶间进行比较。结果 共获得288幅有效MFI。G1~G5病灶间两两比较VR、NV、NB及VBR差异均有统计学意义(校正P均<0.05),而G2与G3间mvFD、MeanDM及StdDM差异均无统计学意义(校正P均>0.05)。结论 基于MFI定量参数可精准显示IH微血管结构特征、有效评估其血流分级。 |

| Objective To observe the value of quantitative parameters of ultrasound microflow imaging (MFI) for evaluating blood flow grade of infantile hemangioma (IH). Methods A total of 55 IH lesions in 52 children were prospectively enrolled. According to blood flow signals detected with CDFI, the lesions were classified into grades (G) 1 to 5. Five to eight typical MFI images were obtained from each lesion. Quantitative parameters, including vascular ratio (VR), number of vessels (NV), number of branchpoints (NB), ratio of vessels to branchpoints (VBR), microvascular fractal dimension (mvFD), the mean distance metric (MeanDM) and standard deviation of distance metric (StdDM) were extracted from MFI images and compared among IH with different grades. Results A total of 288 valid MFI images were obtained. VR, NV, NB and VBR were statistically different between each two grades among G1 to G5 (all adjusted P<0.05), whereas no significant difference of mvFD, MeanDM and StdDM was found between G2 and G3 (all adjusted P>0.05). Conclusion Quantitative parameters of MFI could be used to accurately describe vascular characteristics and effectively evaluate blood flow grades of IH. |
