| 靶向治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)面临诸多挑战。微纳米马达(MNM)受外场驱动或化学驱动而实现自主运动,可显著提升药物在关节炎症部位的富集与穿透能力,为RA治疗提供了新的途径。超声不仅能作为驱动MNM的物理场,更是MNM相关RA治疗中的实时、便捷的成像工具。本文围绕不同驱动方式的MNM系统用于治疗RA研究进展进行综述。 |

| Targeted therapy of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) faces many challenges. Under external fields driven or chemical driven, micro/nanomotor (MNM) can realize autonomously movement, hence significantly increasing drug accumulation and penetration in joint inflammatory sites, offering a novel approach for treating RA. Ultrasound can not only be used as the physical field driving MNM, but also as a real-time, convenient imaging tool in MNM related targeted therapy of RA. The research progresses of MNM systems based on different driving mechanisms for treating RA were reviewed in this article. |
