      骨髓脂肪组织(BMAT)不仅是骨髓腔填充物,且具有活跃内分泌及旁分泌功能,与代谢性疾病、骨疾病和血液病等相关;无创量化BMAT具有重要临床意义。现有影像学量化BMAT方法包括传统MRI、单体素质子MR波谱、化学位移成像、Dixon技术及CT;本文就其技术原理及其临床应用进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Bone marrow adipose tissue (BMAT) is not merely a filler of bone marrow cavity, but also possesses active endocrine and paracrine functions related to metabolic diseases, bone diseases and hematological disorders, etc. Non-invasive quantitative measurement of BMAT has great clinical significances. Currently, imaging methods for quantitative measurement of BMAT include conventional MRI, hydrogen proton MR spectroscopy, chemical shift imaging, Dixon technique and CT. Their principles and clinical applications were reviewed in this article.
