      胶质瘤为中枢神经系统最常见恶性肿瘤;传统成像方法用于胶质瘤诊断及疗效评估存在局限性。利用氨基质子转移(APT)不仅能精确评估胶质瘤分级及其增殖状态,还能在分子层面预测胶质瘤分型,以弥补传统成像的不足。本文就APT原理、用于诊断胶质瘤的价值、局限性及其前景进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Glioma is the most common malignant tumour of central nervous system. Traditional imaging modalities have certain limitations for diagnosis and evaluation on therapetic effect of glioma. Amide proton transfer (APT) could be used not only to accurately asesess the grading and proliferation status of glioma, but also to predict the types of glioma at the molecular level, hence compensating the shortcomings of traditional imaging. The principle of APT imaging, its clinical application value, limitations and prospects for diagnosing glioma were reviewed in this article.
