阿尔茨海默病(AD)为常见神经退行性疾病,早期主要表现为认知能力下降;轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)是介于正常衰老与AD之间的过渡状态。近年来,静息态功能MRI(rs-fMRI)相关研究揭示了MCI及AD发生、发展过程可能与脑区自发活动及脑区间功能连接变化密切相关,而rs-fMRI可为特异性诊断及早期治疗MCI及AD提供重要参考。本文就rs-fMRI用于MCI及AD研究进展进行综述。 |

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a prevalent neurodegenerative disease characterized by cognitive decline in the early stage. Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is considered as an intermediate stage between normal aging and AD. In recent years, studies related to resting-state functional MRI (rs-fMRI) indicated that the occurrence and development process of MCI and AD might be closely linked to spontaneous brain activity and alterations in functional connectivity among brain regions, and rs-fMRI could provide important reference for specific diagnosis and early treatment of MCI and AD. The research progresses of rs-fMRI for MCI and AD were reviewed in this article. |
