成纤维细胞激活蛋白(FAP)是癌相关成纤维细胞的重要分子标志,在恶性肿瘤中呈高表达,而在正常组织及良性肿瘤中表达极低。标记FAP抑制剂(FAPI)对于明确诊断多种肿瘤、肿瘤分期及判断恶性肿瘤复发等具有重要意义。本文就FAPI用于PET/CT诊断肿瘤研究进展进行综述。 |

Fibroblast activation protein (FAP) is an important molecular marker of carcinoma associated fibroblasts, which is highly expressed in a variety of malignant tumors, but extremely low-expressed in normal tissue and benign tumors. Labeled FAP inhibitors (FAPI) are of great significances for diagnosis, staging and judging recurrence of various malignant tumors. The research progresses of FAPI in PET/CT for diagnosing tumors were reviewed in this article. |
