| 胸腺上皮性肿瘤(TET)是前纵隔最常见原发肿瘤,主要包括胸腺瘤和胸腺癌;其组织学分型及临床分期复杂、治疗方法各异,准确诊断TET及判断其分型有助于制定治疗决策及评估预后。CT影像组学可识别人眼难以分辨的细微差异,对于诊治TET及预测预后具有重要意义。本文就CT影像组学用于TET进展进行综述。 |

| Thymic epithelial tumors (TET) are the most common primary tumors of the anterior mediastinum, mainly including thymoma and thymic carcinoma, with complex organizational types and clinical stages, and the treatment methods of TET are also various. Accurate diagnosis and typing of TET are helpful for making treatment decision and evaluating prognosis. CT radiomics can identify subtle differences on CT images which cannot be seen by human eyes, having great significance for diagnosis and treating TET and predicting prognosis. The progresses of CT radiomics applicated in TET were reviewed in this article. |
