| 受不良生活习惯、慢性劳损等诸多因素影响,中老年慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛发生率逐年增加。基于中西医结合治疗理念,小针刀疗法应运而生,具有便利、创口小等诸多优点;结合超声技术能在精准可视化环境下进行操作,可极大降低操作风险、提高患者依从性和缩短康复周期。本文就超声引导下中西医结合微创治疗中老年慢性肌肉骨骼疼痛应用进展进行综述。 |

| The incidence of chronic musculoskeletal pain in middle-aged and elderly people increased year by year due to many factors such as bad living habits and chronic strain. Based on the treatment concept of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine, small needle knife therapy came into being, having advantages of convenience and small wound. Combined with ultrasound technology, small needle knife therapy performed under accurately visualized condition could greatly reduce operational risk, improve patients compliance and shorten rehabilitation cycle. The application progresses of ultrasound-guided minimally invasive integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine for treating chronic musculoskeletal pain in middle-aged and elderly people were reviewed in this article. |
