胶质淋巴系统(GS)是由星形胶质细胞终足上的水孔蛋白4(AQP4)介导的脑脊液和脑组织液交换流动系统,主要作用在于运输营养和清除脑内废物等。MRI能直接、迅速、无创显示脑脊液流动,可用于研究GS。本文就MRI研究GS进展进行综述。 |

The glymphatic system (GS) has been described as one that facilitates the exchange between cerebrospinal fluid and interstitial fluid depending on the aquaporin-4 (AQP4) water channels expressed in astrocytic end-feet, which mainly playing role in transporting nutrients and removing waste in the brain. MRI can directly, rapidly and noninvasively show the flow of cerebrospinal fluid, being used to study GS. The research progresses of MRI for GS were reviewed in this article. |
