| 超声是目前应用最为广泛的非侵入性产前筛查手段。先天性心脏病(CHD)发生率位居我国出生缺陷首位,且常作为染色体异常及遗传综合征的筛查线索。早期识别CHD有助于临床决策。本文就孕早期胎儿心脏超声研究进展进行综述。 |

| Ultrasonography is currently the most widely used, non-invasive mean of prenatal screening. The incidence of congenital heart disease (CHD) ranked first among birth defects in China, which was often used as a clue to chromosome abnormalities and genetic syndromes. The early identification of CHD was helpful for early decision-making. The research progresses of fetal heart ultrasound in early pregnancy were reviewed in this article. |
