| 原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进（PHPT）是常见内分泌疾病，主要依靠实验室检查进行诊断，并以手术切除病变甲状旁腺为主要治疗方法。超声是术前诊断PHPT的一线影像学方法，具有较高敏感度及特异度。随着超声造影、超声弹性成像及融合成像等技术的发展，超声对于诊断PHPT的作用越来越重要。本文对超声诊断PHPT研究进展进行综述。 |

| Primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT) is a common endocrine disorder, which is diagnosed mainly according to laboratory tests and treated mainly with surgical removal of the involved parathyroid gland of PHPT. Ultrasound was the first-line method of preoperative diagnosis of PHPT, with high sensitivity and specificity. With the development of contrast-enhanced ultrasound, ultrasound elastography and fusion imaging, ultrasound played an increasingly important role in the preoperative diagnosis of PHPT. The research progresses of ultrasonic diagnosis of PHPT were reviewed in this article. |
