整合素在肿瘤血管生成及转移中起着重要作用。精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸(RGD)能够与整合素αvβ3亚型特异性结合。以RGD为基础开发的SPECT显像剂——99Tcm-联肼尼克酰胺-3聚乙二醇-精氨酸-甘氨酸-天冬氨酸环肽二聚体(99Tcm-3PRGD2)可与细胞表面的整合素αvβ3受体相结合,主要用于诊断肿瘤和评估疗效等。本文就99Tcm-3PRGD2显像临床应用进展进行综述。 |

Integrins play an important role in tumor angiogenesis. Arg-Gly-Asp (RGD) can specifically bind integrin αvβ3. As a SPECT imaging tracer, 99Tcm-3polyethylene glycol-arginine-glycine-aspartic acid (99Tcm-3PRGD2) was designed based on RGD, which could bind to integrin αvβ3 receptor on cell, having be applicated mainly in diagnosis and evaluation on therapeutic efficacy of tumors. The progresses of 99Tcm-3PRGD2 in clinical application were reviewed in this article. |
