| 目的 观察健康成人颈内静脉(IJV)特征及其周长与个体基线资料的相关性。方法 前瞻性纳入571名健康成年体检者,采用二维超声测量其双侧IJV周长,计算周长之和及周长之差;评估IJV类型,行Pearson相关性分析及多变量线性回归分析,观察IJV周长与个体基线资料的相关性。结果 受试者身高、体质量及体表面积(BSA)存在明显性别差异(P均＜0.05),双侧IJV周长及之和则均无明显性别差异(P均＞0.05)。IJV在39.23%(224/571)个体呈右侧优势型,43.26%(247/571)呈均衡型,17.51%(100/571)呈左侧优势型。右侧IJV周长与年龄呈低度正相关(r=0.407,P＜0.001),与体质量指数(BMI)呈弱正相关(r=0.179,P＜0.001);左侧IJV周长与年龄呈低度正相关(r=0.302,P＜0.001),与体质量、BMI及BSA呈弱正相关(r=0.215、0.231、0.194,P均＜0.001);双侧IJV周长之和与年龄呈低度正相关(r=0.453,P＜0.001),与体质量、BMI及BSA呈弱正相关(r=0.214、0.261、0.179,P均＜0.001)。双侧IJV周长之和与年龄及BMI均相关(P均＜0.001)。结论 健康成人颈内静脉多呈右侧优势型或均衡型,双侧颈内静脉周长之和与年龄及BMI相关。 |

| Objective To observe the characteristics of internal jugular vein (IJV) and the correlation of its circumference and the subject's baseline information in healthy adults. Methods Totally 571 healthy adults were prospectively enrolled. The circumference of bilateral IJV were measured with two-dimensional ultrasound, and the sum and difference of IJV circumferences were calculated, and the dominant type of IJV was evaluated. Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate linear regression analysis were performed, the correlations of IJV circumference and the subject's baseline information were observed. Results There were significant differences of height, body mass and body surface area (BSA) between male and female adults (all P＜0.05), while there was no significant difference of circumferences of bilateral IJV nor the sum (all P＞0.05). Right dominant type IJV, balanced type IJV and left dominant type IJV were observed in 39.23% (224/571), 43.26% (247/571) and 17.51% (100/571) subjects, respectively. The circumference of right IJV was lowly positively correlated with age (r=0.407, P＜0.001) and weakly positively correlated with body mass index (BMI) of subject (r=0.179, P＜0.001), while of left IJV was lowly positively correlated with age (r=0.302, P＜0.001) and weakly positively correlated with body mass, BMI and BSA (r=0.215, 0.231, 0.194, all P＜0.001). The sum of circumferences of bilateral IJV was lowly positively correlated with age (r=0.453, P＜0.001) and weakly positively correlated with body mass, BMI and BSA (r=0.214, 0.261, 0.179, all P＜0.001). The sum of circumferences of bilateral IJV was correlated with age and BMI (both P＜0.001). Conclusion IJV mainly present as right dominant type or balanced type in healthy adults.The sum of circumferences of bilateral IJV was related to age and BMI. |
