The emergence of poly adenosine diphosphate ribosepolymerase inhibitor (PARPi) opened up a new chapter for maintenance treatment of ovarian cancer. The application of PARPi significantly improved the prognosis of most patients. Imaging can provide non-invasive, comprehensive assessment of patients, hence providing important information for clinical diagnosis and treatment. The principle of action of PARPi and imaging processes relative to treatment of ovarian cancer with PARPi were reviewed in this article. |
