| 浆细胞性乳腺炎(PCM)是非细菌性炎性病变,病程较长,易误诊。超声检查可为早期诊断PCM提供影像学依据,有助于指导临床合理选择治疗方案;超声引导下介入治疗PCM具有良好发展前景。本文就超声诊疗PCM研究进展进行综述。 |

| Plasma cell mastitis (PCM) is a non-bacterial inflammatory disease with a long course, which is easy to be misdiagnosed. Ultrasound examinations can provide imaging evidences for early diagnosis of PCM and guide reasonable treatment options. Meanwhile, ultrasound-guided interventional therapy for PCM has good development prospect. The research progresses of ultrasound for diagnosis and treatment of PCM were reviewed in this article. |
