      目的 基于将放射状k空间填充及压缩感知技术融合于mDixon技术开发一种新型MR血管成像(MRA)序列(3D mDixon-MRA),观察其用于颈部动脉成像的可行性。方法 前瞻性收集45例疑诊颈部动脉疾病患者,以3D时间飞跃法采集颈部动脉MRA(3D TOF-MRA)及3D mDixon-MRA,比较颈总动脉根部和中远段、椎动脉根部和中远段及颈内外动脉根部在2种图像中的信噪比(SNR)和对比度噪声比(CNR),以及2种图像质量主观评分的差异。结果 3D mDixon-MRA所示各动脉SNR均显著高于3D TOF-MRA(P均<0.01)。颈总动脉根部CNR在2种图像中的差异无统计学意义(P=0.13),其余动脉在3D mDixon-MRA中的CNR均显著高于3D TOF-MRA(P均<0.01)。颈总动脉根部、椎动脉根部及椎动脉中远段在3D mDixon-MRA中的主观评分均高于3D TOF-MRA(P均<0.05),其余动脉在2种图像中的主观评分差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论 3D mDixon-MRA序列可用于颈部动脉成像,有利于提高图像质量、缩短扫描时间。

      Objective To develop a novel MR angiography sequence (3D mDixon-MRA) based on integrating k-space radial sampling and compressed sensing technology into mDixon technique, and to explore its feasibility for application in cervical artery imaging. Methods Forty-five patients with suspected cervical artery diseases were prospectively enrolled, and 3D time-of-flight cervical artery MRA (3D TOF-MRA) and 3D mDixon-MRA were performed. Signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and contrast-to-nosie ratio (CNR) of root and mid-distal of the common carotid artery, root and mid-distal of the vertebral artery, root of internal and external carotid arteries, as well as the subjective scores of imaging quality were compared between 2 kinds of images. Results SNR of each artery on 3D mDixon-MRA was significantly higher than that on 3D TOF-MRA (all P<0.01). No significant difference of CNR of common carotid artery root was found between 3D mDixon-MRA and 3D TOF-MRA (P=0.13), while CNR of the other arteries were significantly higher on 3D mDixon-MRA than those on 3D TOF-MRA (all P<0.01). The subjective scores of common carotid artery root, the root and mid-distal of vertebral artery on 3D mDixon-MRA were significantly higher than those on 3D TOF-MRA (all P<0.05), while no significant difference of subjective scores of the rest arteries was found between 2 kinds of images (all P>0.05). Conclusion 3D mDixon-MRA sequence could be used for cervical artery imaging, which could improve imaging quality and shorten scanning time.
