| 早产儿贫血（AOP）是导致其生命体征不稳定的重要原因，可对各系统、尤其循环系统产生不良影响；尽早评估AOP对心功能的影响可有效提高早产儿存活率及其生存质量。本文对超声心动图评估AOP早产儿心功能研究进展进行综述。 |

| Anemia of prematurity (AOP) is an important cause of unstable vital signs in premature infants, which has adverse effects on various systems, especially on circulation system. Early detection of these adverse effects of anemia on cardiac function can effectively improve the survival rate and quality of life of premature infants. The research progresses of echocardiography for evaluation on cardiac function in premature infants with AOP were reviewed in this article. |
