| 目的 探讨肩关节周围炎（肩周炎）患者盂肱关节下方关节囊厚度（ICT）与其接受超声引导下可视化精准治疗次数的相关性。方法 纳入40例单侧肩周炎患者，以常规肌肉骨骼超声测量患侧ICT，完善临床评估后实施超声可视化精准治疗，以2周为周期直至痊愈，记录总治疗次数；采用Pearson相关分析观察患侧ICT与病程及治疗次数的相关性。结果 40例病程15~90天，平均（49.8±25.0）天；均成功完成超声引导下可视化精准治疗，未见不良反应。超声显示患侧ICT为0.8~4.5 mm，平均（2.87±0.95） mm；治疗1~6次，平均（2.2±1.1）次；患侧ICT与病程及治疗次数均呈正相关（r=0.688、0.739，P均<0.001）。结论 肩周炎病程越长，ICT越厚，则所需治疗次数越多。 |

| Objective To explore the relationship of the inferior glenohumeral joint capsule thickness (ICT) and the times of ultrasound-guided visual precision treatments in patients with periarthritis humeroscapularis. Methods Totally 40 patients with unilateral periarthritis humeroscapularis were enrolled. ICT of the affected side was measured with routine musculoskeletal ultrasound. After clinical evaluation, ultrasound-guided visual precision treatments were performed with a review cycle of 2 weeks until recovered, and the therapeutic times was recorded. Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationships of ICT thickness, the course of disease and the times of treatments. Results All 40 patients successfully completed ultrasound-guided visual precision treatments, no adverse event occurred. The course of disease ranged from 15-90 days, with an average of (49.8±25.0) days. ICT thickness of the affected side was 0.8-4.5 mm, with an average of (2.87±0.95) mm. The times of treatments were 1-6, with an average of (2.2±1.1). ICT of the affected side was positively correlated with the course of disease and the times of treatments (r=0.688, 0.739, both P<0.001). Conclusion The longer the course of periarthritis humeroscapularis, the thicker the ICT, and the more the times of treatments required. |
