目的 观察影像学评估遗传性出血性毛细血管扩张症(HHT)的价值。方法 以3例HHT患者为核心,分析对应3个家系共42例的临床及影像学资料,包括颅脑MRI、颅内动脉MR血管造影和颅内静脉MR静脉成像、胸腹平扫及增强CT检查,依据Curacao标准进行临床综合诊断。结果 家系1共20例,4例确诊、7例疑诊HHT,6例影像学可见阳性表现;家系2共17例,3例确诊、5例疑诊HHT,7例影像学可见阳性表现;家系3共5例,2例确诊、1例疑诊HHT,2例影像学可见阳性表现。结论 影像学检查或可作为早期识别HHT的重要途径。 |

Objective To observe the value of imaging examinations for evaluating hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT). Methods Taken 3 HHT patients as the core, clinical and imaging data, including brain MRI, MR angiography of intracranial artery and MR venography of intracranial vein, as well as plain and enhanced CT scanning of chest and abdomen of the corresponding 3 family (42 cases) were retrospectively analyzed. Curacao diagnostic criteria was used for comprehensive clinical diagnosis. Results There were 20 cases in the first family, 4 with confirmed and 7 with suspected HHT, while positive imaging findings were observed in 6 cases. There were 17 cases in the second family, 3 with confirmed and 5 with suspected HHT, and positive imaging findings were noticed in 7 cases. Meanwhile, there were 5 cases in the third family, 2 with confirmed and 1 with suspected HHT, and positive in imaging were observed in 2 cases. Conclusion Imaging examination might be an important way for detecting HHT in early stage. |
