特发性耳鸣是临床最常见耳鸣类型,指患者在无外界刺激情况下自觉耳内或颅内鸣响;因其发病原因及机制尚不明了,亦无特效治疗方法。功能MRI (fMRI)现已逐渐用于研究耳鸣患者大脑结构和功能变化,在研究耳鸣的中枢机制中发挥重要作用。本文就fMRI研究特发性耳鸣机制进展进行综述。 |

Idiopathic tinnitus is the most common type of tinnitus in clinic, which refers to the conscious ear or intracranial ringing of patient without external stimuli, and the specific treatment of idiopathic tinnitus remains lack due to its unclear pathogenesis and mechanisms. Functional MRI (fMRI) technology had been applied to study the changes of brain structures and functions in patients with tinnitus, and played a significant role in the study of central mechanisms of tinnitus. The progresses of fMRI researches about the mechanisms of idiopathic tinnitus were reviewed in this article. |
