      目的 观察MIM软件自动勾画前列腺癌危及器官的效果,筛选最佳数据库病例数和匹配数。方法 随机选取111例前列腺癌CT资料,以1例为Atlas模板、以100例建立5个数据库(n=20、40、60、80、100),其余10例为测试集;根据戴斯相似系数(DSC)、雅卡尔相似系数(JSC)、豪斯多夫距离(HD)及平均最小距离(MDA)评价MIM软件于不同匹配数(5、9)下对各数据库自动勾画危及器官的效果。结果 MIM软件勾画双侧股骨头、膀胱及脊髓效果较好,勾画小肠和直肠效果一般。匹配数为5时,MIM软件勾画各数据库各危及器官效果差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);匹配数为9时,其勾画20例数据库小肠的DSC、JSC优于其他数据库(P均<0.05)。MIM软件勾画100例数据库直肠的DSC优于40例数据库(P<0.05),勾画40例数据库直肠的JSC优于100例数据库(P<0.05)。结论 MIM软件自动勾画前列腺癌危及器官较好;以40例为模板数据库、选择匹配数5可提高勾画小肠和直肠效果。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe the effect of MIM software in automatically delineating the organs at risk of prostate cancer, and to screen the best number of cases of database and matching. Methods CT images of 111 patients with prostate cancer were randomly selected, 1 case was taken as Atlas template, 100 cases were used to establish 5 databases (n=20, 40, 60, 80, 100), and the remaining 10 cases were used as test set. The delineating effect of MIM software for automatically mapping organs at risk in different databases under different matching numbers (5, 9) were evaluated according to Dice similarity coefficient (DSC), Jaccard similarity coefficient (JSC), Hausdorff distance (HD) and the mean distance to agreement (MDA). Results MIM software had good delineating effect on bilateral femoral head, bladder and spinal cord, but not good on small intestine nor rectum. Taken 5 as the matching number, the effects MIM software for automatically delineating organs at risk of prostate cancer were not significant different among 5 databases (all P>0.05). When the matching number was 9, DSC and JSC of small intestine were better in 20 cases database than those in other databases (all P<0.05), while DSC of rectum in 100 cases database was better than that in 40 cases database (P<0.05), and JSC of rectum in 40 cases database was better than that in 100 cases database (P<0.05). Conclusion MIM software had good automatically delineating effect of organs at risk of prostate cancer. Taken matching number as 5 and 40 cases database might improve its delineating effect of small intestine and rectum.
