      目的 观察左心房自动应变技术(Autostrain LA)评估2型糖尿病患者左心房功能的价值及其参数与糖化血红蛋白A1c (HbA1c)的相关性。方法 选取52例2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)和50名健康体检者(对照组),对比组间Autostrain LA参数,包括左心房储备期应变(LASr)、管道期应变(LAScd)及收缩期应变(LASct)的差异,观察HbA1c与Autostrain LA参数的相关性。结果 糖尿病组LASr、LAScd及LASct均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。LASr、LAScd及LASct评估2型糖尿病患者左心房功能的曲线下面积分别为72.80、68.30及70.60。HbA1c与LASr、LAScd及LASct均呈负相关(r=-0.32、-0.28、-0.25,P均<0.05)。结论 Autostrain LA可用于评估2型糖尿病患者左心房功能;2型糖尿病患者HbA1c与左心房应变参数呈负相关。

      Objective To observe the value of left atrial automatic strain technique (Autostrain LA) for evaluating left atrial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the correlations of relative parameters with glycosylated hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c). Methods Fifty-two patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (diabetes group) and 50 healthy people (control group) were enrolled. Autotrain LA parameters, including left atrial strain during reservoir phase (LASr), left atrial strain during conduit phase (LAScd) and left atrial strain during contraction phase (LASct) were compared between groups. The correlations of HbA1c and Autotrain LA parameters were observed. Results LASr, LAScd and LASct in diabetes group were lower than those in control group (all P<0.05). The area under the curve of LASr, LAScd and LASct for evaluating left atrial function in type 2 diabetes patients was 72.80, 68.30 and 70.60, respectively. HbA1c was negatively correlated with LASr, LAScd and LASct (r=-0.32, -0.28, -0.25, all P<0.05). Conclusion Autotrain LA could be used to evaluate left atrial function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. HbA1c was negatively correlated with left atrial strain parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
