      目的 采用meta分析观察物质成瘾患者静息态自发性神经活动改变。方法 检索自建库至2022年4月23日,万方医学网、中国知网、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、Web of Science、PubMed、Cochrane及Embase数据库中关于物质成瘾患者与健康受试者局部一致性(ReHo)和低频振幅(ALFF)/ALFF分数(fALFF)差异的文献并加以筛选,提取相关数据进行分析,观察物质成瘾患者静息态自发性神经活动改变。结果 最终纳入26篇文献、769例物质成瘾患者。合并分析、ReHo分析及ALFF/fALFF分析结果分别显示,物质成瘾患者辅助运动区(SMA)激活度升高、楔前叶及前扣带回(ACC)激活度降低,ACC和前丘脑及SMA激活度升高、直回及楔前叶激活度降低,左侧小脑半球小叶Ⅷ激活度升高、角回(AG)激活度降低。结论 物质成瘾患者存在三脑网络模型激活异常。
英文摘要:
      Objective To observe resting-state spontaneous neural activity changes in patients with substance addiction with meta-analysis. Methods Literature about the difference of regional homogeneity (ReHo) and amplitude of low frequency fluctuation (ALFF)/ fractional ALFF (fALFF) between patients with substance addiction and healthy subjects were searched and selected in Wanfang Med Online, CNKI, VIP databases, CBMdisc, Web of Science, PubMed、Cochrane and Embase from the establishment of database to April 23, 2022, and the relevant data were extracted and analyzed. Resting-state spontaneous neural activity changes in patients with substance addiction were observed. Results Totally 26 articles were enrolled, including 769 patients with substance addiction. Combined analysis, ReHo analysis ALFF/fALFF analysis showed that the activation of supplementary motor area (SMA) increased, of anterior cuneiform lobe and anterior cingulate cortex (ACC) decreased, of ACC, anterior thalamus and SMA increased, of straight gyrus and anterior cuneiform lobe decreased, of lobule Ⅷ in the left cerebellar hemisphere increased, of angular gyrus (AG) decreased in patients with substance addiction, respectively. Conclusion The activation of three brain network model was abnormal in patients with substance addiction.
