      对于儿童、孕妇等对特殊人群,为避免电离辐射,临床疑诊骨皮质病变时,通常选择MR检查;而骨皮质在常规序列MRI中均呈低信号,信号特征不足,给诊断带来较大困难。近年来出现的用于骨皮质MR成像的新技术可弥补常规序列MRI的不足,更好地显示骨皮质。本文就骨皮质MR成像研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      When bone cortex diseases were suspected in children, pregnant women and other special people, concerning radiation, MR examination was usually selected. However, bone cortices showed low signals on conventional sequences MRI, and the signal characteristics were insufficient, hence brought great difficulties to diagnosis of disease. Recent years, new MR cortical imaging techniques have been developed, trying to make up for the shortcomings of conventional MR sequence images and better display cortical bone. The research progress of MR cortical bone imaging techniques were reviewed in this article.
