      目的 观察MorphoBox自动分割皮层下灰质核团(丘脑、壳核、尾状核、苍白球和海马)的价值。方法 收集40例颞叶癫痫(TLE)患者,按癫痫灶所在侧别将其分为左侧TLE (LTLE)组和右侧TLE (RTLE)组;另纳入22名健康人作为健康对照(HC组)。比较MorphoBox与传统Freesurfer基于MRI所测丘脑、壳核、尾状核、苍白球及海马体积的差异,评估MorphoBox的效能。结果 MorphoBox与Freesurfer所测双侧壳核、双侧尾状核、右侧苍白球及双侧海马体积差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。MorphoBox所测LTLE和RTLE组两侧壳核、尾状核及海马体积差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);Freesurfer所测RTLE组两侧丘脑体积和LTLE与RTLE组两侧壳核、尾状核、苍白球及海马体积差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。除HC组双侧海马外,MorphoBox与Freesurfer所测其余基底核团体积结果均相关(0.471≤r≤0.850);除HC组右侧苍白球及双侧海马外,二者所测其余基底核团体积结果均具有一致性(0.392≤ICC≤0.818)。MorphoBox与Freesurfer测量壳核体积的效应值为1.66~5.33。结论 MorphoBox可快速有效地自动分割脑内皮层下各灰质核团。

      Objective To observe the value of MorphoBox for automatic segmentation of subcortical gray matter nuclei, including thalamus, putamen, caudate nucleus, globus pallidus and hippocampus. Methods Forty patients with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) were enrolled and divided into left TLE (LTLE) group and right TLE (RTLE) group according to the side of epilepsy focus, while 22 healthy people were taken as controls (healthy control group). The volumes of thalamus, putamen, caudate nucleus, globus pallidus and hippocampus measured with MorphoBox and traditional FreeSurfer based on MRI were compared, and the efficiency of MorphoBox was evaluated. Results There were significant differences of the volumes of bilateral putamen, bilateral caudate nucleus, right globus pallidus, and bilateral hippocampus measured with MorphoBox and FreeSurfer (all P<0.05), also of the volumes of left and right putamen, caudate nucleus and hippocampus measured with MorphoBox in LTLE and RTLE groups (all P<0.05), as well as of bilateral thalamus in RTLE group and bilateral putamen, caudate nucleus, globus pallidus and hippocampus in LTLE and RTLE groups measured with FreeSurfer (all P<0.05). Except for bilateral hippocampus in HC group, the volumes of other basal nuclei measured with MorphoBox and FreeSurfer were correlated (0.471 ≤ r ≤ 0.850). Except for right globus pallidus and bilateral hippocampus in HC group, the volumes of other basal nuclei measured with MorphoBox and FreeSurfer were consistent (0.392 ≤ ICC ≤ 0.818). The effect of MorphoBox and FreeSurfer for measuring putamen volume ranged from 1.66 to 5.33. Conclusion MorphoBox could quickly, automatically and effectively segment subcortical gray matter nuclei.
