      缺血性脑血管病严重危害人民生命健康,是我国临床防治的关键问题。利用影像学技术无创、精准评估脑血流及代谢异常、监测其动态演变与临床预后的相关性,对临床早诊断、早评估、早治疗缺血性脑血管病具有重要价值。CT、MRI、SPECT和PET等影像学检查手段对于评估脑血流及代谢各具优势和特色,一体化PET/MR为精准定量血流和代谢带来了新的机遇。
英文摘要:
      Being crucial clinical prevention and treatment concern in China, ischemic cerebrovascular diseases cause a significant threat to public health. Noninvasive and accurate neuroimaging technology can reveal cerebral blood flow and metabolism abnormalities, monitor the correlation of dynamic evolution and clinical prognosis, hence having great value for early diagnosis, early evaluation and early treatment of cerebrovascular diseases. Each of CT, MRI, SPECT and PET has special distinct benefits and characteristics for evaluating cerebral blood flow and metabolism. Integrated PET/MR may offer a novel approach for precise monitoring of cerebral blood flow and metabolism in ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
