骨质疏松(OP)为主要公共健康问题之一。基于以诊断其他疾病为目的的CT检查、结合定量CT测量骨密度(BMD),可在不增加扫描时间及患者辐射剂量的前提下筛查OP。胸部及心脏CT为临床常用检查方法,可为测量胸椎BMD提供基础,但目前相关标准尚未达成共识。本文针对基于胸部或心脏CT结合定量CT测量胸椎BMD研究进展及存在问题进行综述,为制定合理筛查OP策略提供参考。 |

Osteoporosis (OP) has become one of the major public health problems. Bone mineral density (BMD) measurement using CT scans for other diagnostic purposes combined with quantitative CT can expand OP screening without additional imaging time or patient's radiation dose. Commonly used chest and cardiac CT provide opportunities for measurement of thoracic BMD, yet no consensus on relative standards has been reached. The progresses and problems in the measurement of thoracic BMD based on chest or cardiac CT combining with quantitative CT were reviewed in this article, in order to provide references for comprehensive osteoporosis screening strategies. |
