      低强度脉冲超声(LIPUS)强度远低于传统超声,通常以低强度、脉冲式模式给予靶目标以热效应、空化效应及机械效应等无创性物理及生物刺激,可促进骨折愈合,刺激肌腱、韧带和软骨等软组织再生,并抑制炎症反应,促进骨骼肌修复。本文对LIPUS治疗平滑肌疾病及其作用机制研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      The intensity of low intensity pulsed ultrasound (LIPUS) is much lower than that of traditional ultrasound, which usually giving non-invasive physical and biological stimulations to the target in low intensity and pulsed mode and resulting thermal effect, cavitation effect and mechanical effect, hence promoting fracture healing, stimulating regeneration of soft tissue such as tendons, ligament and cartilage and inhibiting inflammation and promoting skeletal muscle repair. The progresses of LIPUS in treatment of smooth muscle diseases and relative mechanisms were reviewed in this article.
