目的 采用OpenCV函数开发超声膀胱尿量计算程序,评价其临床应用价值。方法 以超声测量90例患者的膀胱径线,基于OpenCV函数编程识别膀胱最大横切面及纵切面轮廓,计算膀胱最大横切面面积并推导膀胱尿量(Vc),计算Vc与实际尿量(Va)的差值(Vcd)的绝对值及其与实际尿量的比值(Vcp),并与采用通用膀胱尿量计算公式所获结果(Vf、Vfd及Vfp)进行对比。结果 平均Va、Vc及Vf分别为(325.41±188.57)ml、(286.71±163.17)ml及(228.91±139.63)ml;经计算,平均Vcd及Vfd分别为(70.58±67.36)ml及(100.74±77.04)ml。统计学分析结果显示,Vcp(0.23±0.18)小于Vfp(0.32±0.17, P<0.01)。结论 本研究开发的超声膀胱尿量计算程序计算结果准确,值得临床推广应用。 |

Objective To develop an ultrasound bladder urine volume calculation program based on OpenCV function, and to observe its clinical application value. Methods The bladder diameters of 90 patients were measured with ultrasound, the largest transverse and longitudinal contours of bladder were identified with the program based on OpenCV function. The largest transverse area of bladder was calculated, then bladder urine volume (Vc) was derived, the proportion (Vcp) of the absolute value of the urine volume difference (Vcd) between Vc and Va (the actual urine volume) was calculated, and the results were compared with those (Vf, Vfd, Vfp) calculated using general bladder urine volume calculation formula. Results The average Va, Vc and Vf was (325.41±188.57)ml, (286.71±163.17)ml and (228.91±139.63)ml, respectively. After calculation, the average Vcd and Vfd was (70.58±67.36)ml and (100.74±77.04)ml, respectively. Statistical analysis results showed that Vcp (0.23±0.18) was less than Vfp (0.32±0.17, P<0.01). Conclusion Calculation results of the developed ultrasound bladder urine volume calculation program based on OpenCV function were rather accurate, suggesting that this program was worthy of clinical application and promotion. |
