| 目的 采用静息态功能MRI（rs-fMRI）评价储尿状态下原发性单症状夜间遗尿（PMNE）患儿脑网络功能改变。方法 对30例PMNE患儿（PMNE组）及28名健康儿童（对照组）采集储尿状态下脑rs-fMRI数据，分析组间度中心性（DC）存在差异的脑区，并以之为种子点，评价组间脑功能连接（FC）存在差异的脑区。结果 相较对照组，PMNE组患儿右侧额下回DC值显著升高（FWE校正，P<0.05），且该脑区与左侧额中回、左侧额下回及右侧楔前叶FC均显著升高（FWE校正，P均<0.05）。结论 膀胱储尿状态下，PMNE患儿右侧额下回、右侧楔前叶和左侧前额叶等脑区可能存在脑功能代偿效应，增强自身警觉性和排尿抑制功能，以维持清醒状态下正常储尿。 |

| Objective To observe the changes of brain function in children with primary monosymptomatic nocturnal enuresis (PMNE) under urine storage with resting-state functional MRI (rs-fMRI). Methods Data of brain rs-fMRI were collected from 30 children with PMNE (PMNE group) and 28 healthy children (control group) under urine storage. The brain regions with different degree centrality (DC) between groups were analyzed and were taken as the seed points to observe brain regions with different brain functional connection (FC) between groups. Results Compared with control group, DC value of right inferior frontal gyrus in PMNE group was significantly higher (FWE correction, P<0.05), and FC of this brain region with the left middle frontal gyrus, the left inferior frontal gyrus and the right precuneus were significantly higher (FWE correction, all P<0.05). Conclusion Under bladder urine storage state, there might exist brain function compensatory effect in the right inferior frontal gyrus, right precuneus and left prefrontal lobe in PMNE children who needed to enhance alertness and micturition inhibition function to maintain normal urine storage in conscious state. |
