| Antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV) is a systemic necrotizing microvasculitis that can affect multiple organs throughout the body, most commonly the kidney and lung. The cardicac involvement is less common but often associated with poor prognosis. Early diagnosis of cardiac AAV involvement is very important. The cardiac involvement mechanism, electrocardiography, echocadiography and cardiac MRI findings of AAV were reviewed in this article. |
