| 碰撞瘤是两种或两种以上不同组织来源的肿瘤发生于同一组织或器官中，临床罕见；其发病机制尚未清楚，且临床表现多无特异性。影像学检查可显示肿瘤内结构，有助于提示第二肿瘤，对术前诊断碰撞瘤具有重要意义。本文针对影像学诊断卵巢碰撞瘤的进展进行综述。 |

| Collision tumor contains two or more primary neoplasms from different tissue occurred in the same tissue or organ, which is rare in clinic. The pathogenesis mechanism of collision tumor is not clear, and its clinical manifestations are non-specific. Imaging examinations can show the internal structures of tumor, being help for indicating the second tumor and with great significance for preoperative diagnosis of collision tumor. The progresses of imaging diagnosis of ovarian collision tumor were reviewed in this article. |
