      TENIS综合征指分化型甲状腺癌(DTC)患者血清甲状腺球蛋白(Tg)升高而诊断性或治疗性131I全身显像(131I-WBS)未见明显病灶的现象,已成为治疗DTC的难题之一,且目前对其发生机制、诊断标准、危险因素、治疗方案及预后转归尚无统一共识及标准。本文就TENIS综合征研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Thyroglobulin elevation and negative iodine scintigraphy syndrome (TENIS syndrome) is the one that serum thyroglobulin (Tg) increased but no obvious lesions were found with diagnostic or therapeutic 131I whole body scanning (131I-WBS) in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC), which is also one of the difficult problems in treatment of DTC. Up till now, no unified consensus and standard has been formed about the mechanism, diagnostic criteria, risk factors, treatment scheme and prognosis of TENIS syndrome. The progresses of researches of TENIS syndrome were reviewed in this article.
