      长病程2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者多伴中枢神经系统损伤。随着肠-脑轴(GBA)的提出,逐渐发现肠道微生态失衡在T2DM相关脑损伤中起着关键作用。本文就多模态MRI研究肠道微生态失衡导致T2DM相关脑损伤研究进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) of long-term duration mostly complicated with central nervous system damage. With the proposal of the gut-brain axis (GBA), it has been gradually found that the intestinal microecological imbalance plays a key role in T2DM related brain injury. The research progresses of multimodal MRI of T2DM related brain injury caused by intestinal microecological imbalance were reviewed in this article.
