      目的 观察放射治疗(放疗)辅助固定装置用于99Tcm-TcO4-/99Tcm-MIBI甲状旁腺减影法显像的价值。方法 将33例甲状旁腺功能亢进症(HPT)患者随机分组为辅助组(n=17)和常规组(n=16),分别以放疗辅助固定装置和常规头部托架加以固定,行99Tcm-TcO4-/99Tcm-MIBI SPECT显像;对2组减影处理中的图像位置调整幅度(AMS)进行分级,并比较组间差异。结果 减影处理过程中,辅助组AMS分级0级6例、Ⅰ级7例、Ⅱ级4例、Ⅲ级0例,常规组0级2例、Ⅰ级4例、Ⅱ级6例、Ⅲ级4例,组间AMS分级差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 放射治疗辅助固定装置用于甲状旁腺SPECT显像可降低患者移动幅度,有利于改进图像质量和提高定位准确度。

      Objective To observe the value of radiotherapy-assistance posture fixing device for 99Tcm-TcO4- and 99Tcm-MIBI parathyroid scintigraphy of subtraction imaging. Methods Totally 33 patients with hyperparathyroidism (HPT) were randomly divided into auxiliary group (n=17) and routine group (n=16). The patients were fixed with radiotherapy-assistance posture fixing device (auxiliary group) or conventional head bracket device (routine group), respectively, and 99Tcm-TcO4-/99Tcm-MIBI SPECT imaging was performed. The image amplitude of motion shift (AMS) during subtraction processing were graded and compared between groups. Results AMS during subtraction in auxiliary group were grade 0 in 6 cases, grade Ⅰ in 7 cases, grade Ⅱ in 4 cases, and no grade Ⅲ was found. In routine group, AMS during subtraction were grade 0 in 2 cases, grade Ⅰin 4 cases, grade Ⅱ in 6 cases and grade Ⅲ in 4 cases. There was significant difference of AMS between groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Radiotherapy-assistance posture fixing device was valuable for parathyroid SPECT imaging, which could reduce patients body motion and increase imaging quality and the accuracy of localization.
