目的 观察年轻网络游戏障碍(IGD)患者纹状体体积变化及其与认知控制的关系。方法 针对43例年轻IGD患者(IGD组)及40名健康年轻人(对照组)采集颅脑MRI,比较组间纹状体(尾状核、伏隔核、壳核)体积、Stroop任务结果及网络成瘾测验(IAT)评分的差异。采用Pearson相关性分析评价组间存在差异脑区的体积与IAT评分及Stroop任务结果的相关性。结果 IGD组IAT评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);干扰任务下,IGD组Stroop任务错误数高于对照组(P<0.05);其余任务结果组间差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。IGD组右侧尾状核及右侧伏隔核体积显著高于对照组(P均<0.01)。IGD组右侧尾状核体积增加与Stroop干扰任务下错误数呈正相关(r=0.51,P<0.01),右侧伏隔核体积增加与IAT评分呈正相关(r=0.48,P<0.01)。结论 年轻IGD患者纹状体体积存在变化,且与其认知控制能力相关。 |

Objective To observe the alteration of the striatum volume and the relationship with cognitive control in youths with internet gaming disorder (IGD). Methods Brain MRI data were obtained from 43 youths with IGD (IGD group) and 40 healthy youths (control group). The volumes of the striatum (caudate nucleus, nucleus accumbens and putamen), Stroop results and internet addiction test (IAT) scores were compared between groups. Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the relationships of brain volumes, IAT scores and Stroop results. Results IAT score of IGD group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.01). Under interference task, the Stroop task errors in IGD group was more than that in control group (P<0.05), while there was no significant difference of other tasks between groups (all P>0.05). The volume of right caudate nucleus and right nucleus accumbens in IGD group were significantly larger than those in control group (both P<0.01). In IGD group, the increase of right caudate nucleus volume was positively correlated with the number of Stroop interference errors (r=0.51, P<0.01), and the increase of right nucleus accumbens volume was positively correlated with IAT score (r=0.48, P<0.01). Conclusion There were changes of striatal volume in youths with IGD, which were related to patients' cognitive control abilities. |
