      目的13N-NH3·H2O显像对比, 观察18F-2-(1, 1-二甲基乙基)-4-氯-5甲基]苯基]甲氧基]-3-哌啶酮(18F-flurpiridaz)PET/CT测量巴马小型猪绝对定量心肌血流量(MBF)的准确性和可行性。方法 将10只巴马小型猪随机分为实验组(n=5)与正常组(n=5);于实验组建立心肌梗死模型。对2组依次行18F-flurpiridaz和13N-NH3·H2O PET/CT静息显像; 于次日对正常组行三磷酸腺苷(ATP)负荷显像。比较正常组18F-flurpiridaz与13N-NH3·H2O显像所示冠状动脉左前降支(LAD)、左旋支(LCX)、右冠状动脉(RCA)及左心室(LV)整体及其17个节段的静息MBF(rMBF)、负荷MBF(sMBF)及冠脉血流储备(CFR)差异, 以及实验组心肌梗死区与正常区的rMBF差异。结果 18F-flurpiridaz显像与13N-NH3·H2O显像所测正常组LAD、LCX、RCA、LV整体及其17个节段的rMBF、sMBF和CF差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。18F-flurpiridaz显像与13N-NH3·H2O显像所测实验组梗死区及正常区的rMBF差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05);不同显像方法所测实验组梗死区rMBF均明显低于正常区(P均<0.05)。结论 18F-flurpiridaz PET/CT可用于测量巴马小型猪绝对定量MBF, 结果与13N-NH3·H2O显像测值无显著差异。

      Objective To observe the accuracy and feasibility of 18F-2-(1, 1-dimethyl ethyl)-4-chlorine-5 methyl] phenyl] methoxy]-3-piperidone (18F-flurpiridaz) PET/CT for measurement of the absolute quantification of myocardial blood flow (MBF) in small Bama pigs compared with 13N-NH3·H2O imaging.Methods Ten small Bama pigs were randomly divided into experimental group and normal group (each n=5), and the models of myocardial infarction were established in experimental group. 18F-flurpiridaz and 13N-NH3·H2O PET/CT resting imaging were performed in both groups. On the next day, adenosine triphosphate (ATP) stress imaging was performed in normal group. The resting MBF (rMBF), stress MBF (sMBF) and the coronary blood flow reserve (CFR) of left anterior descending (LAD), left circumflex (LCX), right coronary artery (RCA), the whole left ventricle (LV) and 17 segments of LV in normal group measured with 18F-flurpiridaz and 13N-NH3·H2O imaging, as well as rMBF of the infarcted area and the normal area in experimental group were compared.Results rMBF, sMBF and CFR of LAD, LCX, RCA, the whole LV and 17 segments of LV in normal group measured with 18F-flurpiridaz imaging and 13N-NH3·H2O imaging were not significantly different (all P > 0.05). rMBF of the infarcted and normal areas in experimental group measured with 18F-flurpiridaz imaging and 13N-NH3·H2O imaging were not significantly different (all P > 0.05). rMBF of the infarcted area was significantly lower than that of the normal area in experimental group under different imaging (both P < 0.05).Conclusion 18F-flurpiridaz PET/CT could be used to measure absolute quantitative MBF in small Bama pigs, and the results were not significantly different from those of 13N-NH3·H2O imaging.
