      目的 测试并验证国产uEXPLORER PET系统的物理性能及临床应用性能。方法 基于美国国家电器制造协会(NEMA)NEMA NU 2-2007标准测试、分析及评估国产uEXPLORER PET系统的空间分辨率、探测灵敏度、散射分数及噪声等效计数率,并对4名志愿者行全身PET/CT扫描。结果 系统在偏离视野(FOV)中心1 cm处的横向和轴向空间分辨率分别为2.93 mm和2.93 mm,偏离FOV中心10 cm处分别为3.09 mm和3.22 mm;在FOV中心与偏离轴向10 cm处的灵敏度分别为178.000 kcps/MBq与184.477 kcps/MBq;放射源活度为18.7 kBq/cc时,等效噪声计数率取得峰值为1 548.95 kcps,对应的散射分数为37.2%。初步临床应用结果表明,利用该系统可减少注射药物剂量,并明显缩短扫描时间。结论 国产uEXPLORER PET系统具有较高的空间分辨率、系统灵敏度,具备一定临床应用价值。

      Objective To test and verify the physical and clinical application performances of domestic uEXPLORER PET. Methods Based on National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) NU 2-2007 standards, the spatial resolution, detection sensitivity, scatter fraction and noise equivalent counting rate of the domestic uEXPLORER PET were measured, analyzed and evaluated, respectively. Then whole body PET/CT scanning was performed in 4 volunteers. Results The horizontal and axial spatial resolutions of uEXPLORER PET was 2.93 mm and 2.93 mm at the off-center of the field of view (FOV) of 1 cm, respectively, and was 3.09 mm and 3.22 mm at the off-center of FOV of 10 cm, respectively. The sensitivity of uEXPLORER PET at FOV and at the off-center of FOV of 10 cm was 178.000 kcps/MBq and 184.477 kcps/MBq, respectively. When the radiation concentration was equal to 18.7 kBq/cc, the peak value of the equivalent noise count rate was 1 548.95 kcps, and the scatter fraction was 37.2%. The preliminary clinical application results showed that using uEXPLORER PET could dramatically reduce the injected drug dose and significantly shorten the acquisition time. Conclusion The domestic uEXPLORER PET system had high spatial resolution and great sensitivity, hence having certain clinical application value.
