The pathogenesis of cerebrovascular diseases is complex, including cerebral parenchyma damages and changes of cerebral blood and cerebrospinal fluid circulation. MRI could evaluate the structure and function of brain with cerebral blood flow perfusion imaging, describe the pathological changes of brain more accurately through combining with numerical simulation and fluid difference. The research progresses of multimodal MRI combined with numerical simulation for cerebral blood perfusion in cerebrovascular diseases were reviewed in this article. |
