      甲状腺影像报告与数据系统(TI-RADS)分类规范了超声诊断术语,有助于临床诊断甲状腺结节。超声弹性成像技术可定性、定量评估甲状腺结节软硬度,为诊断良恶性甲状腺结节提供依据。本文对TI-RADS分类、超声弹性成像技术及二者联合用于甲状腺结节进展进行综述。
英文摘要:
      The present of thyroid imaging report and data system (TI-RADS) classified ultrasonic diagnostic terminology and benefited clinical diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Ultrasound elastography could qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the softness and hardness of thyroid nodules, providing a basis of diagnosing benign and malignant thyroid nodules. The research progresses of TI-RADS, ultrasonic elastography and their combination for thyroid nodules were reviewed in this article.
